1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 787ph ("787ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 787ph online gaming platform available at 787ph.app (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 787ph, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, specialty games, and any promotional offers or bonuses made available through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 787ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 787ph strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 787ph, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by 787ph or its affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

787ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on 787ph, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 787ph for identity verification purposes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 787ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If 787ph determines that a player holds more than one account, 787ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 787ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 787ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 787ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

787ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 787ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

787ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 787ph aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution. 787ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 787ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 787ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 787ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any fees are applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

787ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except as expressly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 787ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other players, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 787ph reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular bonus or promotion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 787ph Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by independent oversight. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by 787ph or any third party.

Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. 787ph will not be liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 787ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. The decision of 787ph regarding technical malfunctions is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 787ph Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to use your 787ph account.

787ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balances pending investigation. 787ph may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

787ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your 787ph account settings after login.

If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility or contact our support team for assistance. Players who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing real-money gaming on the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 787ph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of 787ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 787ph Platform without the prior written consent of 787ph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 787ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

787ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 787ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

787ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 787ph will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Privacy and Data

787ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

787ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 787ph cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

12. Amendments

787ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 787ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 787ph's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
